It highlights their tradition; gives examples of past and well as present projects; has a picture gallery to give you a visual outline of their work; and shows the experience and professionalism of their staff.  It was developed where all of the pages that need constant updating can be done by the staff at Paul Howard Construction including text and the project gallery without having any knowledge of html or programming languages. 

Paul Howard Construction has been in business for more than 80 years and has done so by adapting to different times and economic climates. But, mainly they have survived where others didn't because of their commitment to their tradition of quality, safety, commitment, trust.  They deal mainly in civil contruction that involves building our infrastructure systems so we can travel, drink clean water, have sanitary facitities, be protected from stormwater, enjoy lakes, city revitalizations, and greenways.
